Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes! Ninety-five percent of the ingredients we use are organic. For specific details on what's organic and what's conventionally, check out the ingredients list on each recipe detail page or the back of your pouch. Only ingredients that are not organic, are those that cannot be certified (ex. Himalayan Salt).
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All of Detox Babe products are vegan, with the exception of Bye, Bye Dry which contains honey. We do not purchase from suppliers who are unable to prove that they are cruelty-free.
Do your products contain any nut oils?
Yes, some of our products contain Coconut Oil. These types of nut oil typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, but we recommend consulting your physician first if you have a nut allergy.
Are your products truly natural?
Yes, We carefully source the purest natural ingredients we can find. This includes salts, herbs, clay, charcoal and natural oils.
What amount of the bath salts should I put into my bath water?
We suggest using 1 cup (8oz.) per bath. The bath salts are intended to last for 1-3 baths depending on your detox preference. For a mild detox, use 1/3 of the contents. For a medium strength detox, use 1/2 of the contents. For a strong detox, use entire pouch. There is no harm in adding more or less, it's really a personal preference.
Do your products contain gluten?
None of our products contain gluten or gluten-derived ingredients.
What is the shelf-life of your product?
Our products are truly all-natural and do not contain synthetic preservatives. They have a shelf-life of 12 months without opening. Discard after 3 months of opening. All products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. Improper storage will cause spoilage.
Should I rinse off after my bath?
Yes. When using a bath product for detoxification, you want to be sure to wash well and rinse thoroughly in the shower after your bath to get all the toxins off your body and down the drain.
Are your products made in the US?
Yes, our products are made in our manufacturing facility in Arizona.
